Caf.ai About

Discuss · Decide · Do

Some questions need a group. Caf.ai takes you from a conversation to a commitment to getting it done, powered by the same models and the same conscience as every answer.

Discuss — explore together. Some questions don't have a single best answer — they need a group to talk it through. Caf.ai's discussions are real-time multi-participant chats with an AI co-pilot quietly working alongside everyone. Invite Caf.ai users or anyone with an email address. AI moderation softens hostile language and flags claims that look factually wrong, with the originator always able to see exactly what changed. On demand, drop a neutral summary of the conversation into the chat — or pull in context from a saved favorite or a related decision — written by the same consensus engine that powers Discovery. Want a topical expert in the room? Invite an Advisor — an AI model selected for its strength in your discussion's domain — to weigh in when called upon.

Decide — land the conclusion. Sometimes a group needs more than a chat — they need to commit to something. Caf.ai's decisions formalize the path: a problem statement, candidate directions, invited participants, and a structured stance — agree, agree with reservations, or disagree — from each person on each direction. When everyone has weighed in, the consensus engine renders a clear synthesis of the group's position, drawing from the same multi-model panel that powers Discovery. If the synthesis needs revision, run another round — references and context carry forward. Optional unanimity. Real outcomes you can act on.

Do — turn conclusions into action. A great answer or a clean decision is only half the work; the other half is following through. Caf.ai's Do pillar is a lightweight to-do tracker built for the moments when a Discussion or Decision ends with concrete work to be done. From a concluded Decision or Discussion, click Extract Action Items and the consensus engine reads the synthesis or transcript and drafts to-dos for the commitments it finds — with suggested assignees and due dates already filled in. Assign each item to a Caf.ai user or anyone in your contacts; non-Caf.ai assignees get an email with a link to view and update their item. Statuses, tags, due-date sorting, and full-text search keep it organized.

Four pillars, one platform. Discover, Discuss, Decide, and Do weren't built in isolation — they connect. A favorite saved from Discover can be summarized into an active Discussion or pulled in as context for a Decision. A Discussion's summary can seed a new Decision. A concluded Decision or Discussion can extract its commitments straight into Do. Caf.ai's four-pillar architecture mirrors the rhythm of real collaboration: explore, debate, decide, deliver.
